At Touzac, near Soturac (46 Lot, Midi-Pyrenees) is one of my favourite Cahors producers – Isabelle Ray-Auriat at Chateau les Hauts d’Aglan. Whilst she is a delightful lady, I confess to my real passion being for her wines – especially the unfiltered 100% Malbec – Cuvée “A”.
