A few miles to the south of Velleron is the pretty town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, surrounded by the river almost like a mini-Venice, and best known for its massive Sunday antiques and bric-a-brac market on Sundays - although I prefer the Thursday tradtional market when the town is not quite so busy - see www.oti-delasorgue.fr
